Hey guys, I have quick question for you. I am working on a project for work and I am trying to find pictures of those vans with the huge body kits that have fins protruding from them and so on. Do any of you know what that specific style is called. Also, if you have any pics that would be great. Thanks!

There is no real word for it. They just call it Vanning over there.

If you're talking about something like this VV, it's called "Bosozoku".

Hey, hows it going greg? Yea, I searched bosoku earlier and got an array of different styles. It seems that vanning is the term they use more specifically for the cars. By the way if anybody has any hi-res pics of these vans and wouldn't mind posting them, I would be very grateful. Thanks again

^^Yeah.

There are a lot of sub-styles that people call "Boso" that really aren't, also.

i.e. Shakotan, Yanky/Yankee, etc.

How do you confuse Shakotan and Bosozoku? Yanky and Boso I can understand since they are kind of the same thing.

Wow that is incredible. I wonder how many batteries it takes to run the light show on the van in the last video? How long do you think before extreme types of vanning such as those hit the states?

I'm sure it's against some sort of law but I have yet to see one get hassled for it. Some guys doll up little trucks like mine that way too.
