looks like an average old school 4 lug wheel. if the seller knows the weight you could pretty much determine if they are cast or forged, but if i had to guess, i would lean strongly towards cast. sizing reminds me of honda wheels but the bolt circle is wrong.

Bolt pattern and wheel size would work on a 90 and newer 4 lug Accord and Prelude

I thought that at first, but then again offset is relatively low and the pattern is wrong. I'm sure they're probably fwd oriented, but the size and offset is fine for the s13 chassis I think. Here's a few pics on my bro's ride (mine would need a 5 mm spacer to clear the 26 mm calipers in front, rear z32 were fine). BTW, they were mounted on 205/50/15's and he has stock suspension, so that's why the gap (not too bad I don't think). As for the construction method, they are probably cast (spun rim I hope)...
