I took 3 years of spanish back in hs and can barely remember any of it. I've been trying to take some Japanese classes, but my school isn't offering them now

Do they really have them? I'd totally be interested in one.

Oh and Cyberkreig- instead of kawaii, say "anata wa amari kireii desu ne." Makes the panties drop every time. One time this white guy in my Japanese class said that and I was like awwwie poo!

my ex had a slang dictionary when we were in Osaka. I believe she bought it before she left the states. B&N has a good selection of japanese books. Of course, I guess I could always ask her where she got it.

I had a pretty good comp. dictionary w/all the slang terms. It would have the prefix (sex) by words of sexual conduct...

Currently i'm "learning" German and it's easy to mix the grammar rules of Spanish and English into it...which kinda make it harder to learn. I wish I were studying japanese.

Man, I feel for you I have forgotten more Kanji than I ever remember learning. Good luck on your quiz. I really need to call some of my Niphon no tomodachi. I miss Japan, I had so much fun there, it was such a nice place.
