Im looking at some of the japan motors on e-bay and such...anyone delt with the imported motors???I talked to a local motor swapper that said all the import motor have diffrent connectors on engines that have to be changed??? this true???

Depends on exact engine.Japan has different emission standards vs US and often different exhaust manifolds and EGR designs.

Any used Japanese junk yard engine will require a days R&R to get it ready for a swap into US vehicle.

Important to replace front and rear main seals, valve cover seals, and hoses, clean intake and egr etc while it is easy to get to things.
