I have a jacobs Pro street ignition sitting here. Does anyone have any clue what it takes to put it on our cars? We have an internal coil, right? I haven't really looked, my truck had it so I assume it does too. Do I have to get the cap modified?

I have the MSD ignition on my 93 DOHC. it has an external coil and the cap did not need to be modified. I wired it in to the connector for the coil. I didn't notice a real power difference although I am going to replace my cap and rotor this weekend since i've got 103K miles and it is also suggested to do when installing the MSD

Anyone know the setup on the 95+s? I need to look under the hood...

S14's are all internal coil, so you'd have to re-wire a little bit.

Humm.. You have to get the distributor cam moded and stuff. That stuff is a b**** to get done. I'll find out about it though. Problem is I can't find a jacobs distributor.
