Anyone in the Jacksonville FL area have any good ideas for a machine shop? I am going to take my flywheel there to get it resurfaced. I don't just want to take my chances really, I figured if maybe someone knew of a good shop. I haven't even found any good tuner shops, they all suck, so if you could give some info on that too. TIA

Hey man!

Call Jason at 800-790-1967. Tell him Greg from NICO sent you. He's in Orlando, but spent manyu years running a performance shop in JAX, and can probably give you some GOOD inside referrals.

Thanks Greg!

How funny that since the Q forum is a little sleepy this morning, I decided to peruse the S14 area.

In Orlando, I use Dover Cylinder Head. Their original shop is in Jax, I don't remember exactly where, but probably on the Westside.

They look/act/sound country as all he11, but if you're uncomfortable with the guys in Jax, they run a truck to Orlando regularly & Jim can do it here. 407-481-0088.

He's done the machine work on my 3.5 Acura CL/TL-S stroker motors, and just recently resurfaced my 91 SE-R flywheel & enlarged the flywheel bolt holes for installation on my GTI-R motor.
