Jack stand location...2.5s

I am going to change my oil tomorrow and I was wondering where you guys have placed the jack stands for those who change their own oil. Not sure if its the same as the 3.5se but....

I was looking at it a bit today, and the location I was thinking would be best is I guess its the subframe that runs perpendicular to the wheel. Its maybe about 6 inches further under the car and closer to the wheel then the spot that the manual tells you to place the sissor jack. Its one of the few silver parts underneath the car and seems like a sturdy and safe place to put the jack stand underneath.

Is this the location that some of you have used? Or do you use another?

I can not speak for your car ... but I have always placed my jack stands in the same spot where you would jack up the car to change a flat tire. I've done this with my B-210, Stanza, Maxima, & plan to do the same for my coupe.

I drive up on ramps & place the jack stands as a safety measure.
