Using a suitable floor jack, is it possible to completely lift either side of the car to rotate the tires from front to back. I see the owner's manual reference to using the in-car jack but only one corner at a time. If possible, where is the lift point?

A darn good question! I guess I would be concerned about using anywhere other than the jack points in the Owner's Manual (page 6-5) as you mentioned too ... our cars are heavy and other heavy Infiniti models have been known to have problems with jacking at other locations along that edge.

My thought would be to use the in-car jack for one point (as marked) and the floor jack for the other. And, definitely chock the other side of the car front and back of the tire (maybe even both wheels).
