J30 wont start after random guy in parking lot ****s up + and -

so i leave my lights on, the cars dead. catch some guy in the parking lot ask for a jump he says sure. i ask have you done this before, oh yeah all the time blah blah blah. some im behind the wheel of my car turning the key he is doing the actual boost. buddy ****s up and puts positive to negitive and negitive to positive. i dont relize at the time, i think somthing else is wrong. i say thanks for your time and he drives away. i turn around and see that he left the cables attached to my batter and his end was lying on the pavement. i scream and rant and yell like and idiot for a while for not at least asking his name.

so. i replace the 5 dollar fuse, but the car wont start. all the electronics work, but the starter will not, well, go. im pretty sure the starter is not the issue, and i checked the starter fuse and the sarter relay, both prefectly fine. called CAA got it down to the local shop (where i am about to go). any help would be amazing as usual, and if you can make sence of all this, all the better.

PS: its a 93' j30, 140Kms (about 90K miles i think.... or where abouts) and was about -10C while all this was going on

if all the lights are fine after the issue then most likely everything is ok, test your ECU see if it works, does your check engine light come on when your iginition is ON ???

does the car turn at all (does the starter engage)??

does your starter try to turn you engine, but you engine wont start? if so it might be the fuel pump fuel. also there are several engine con fuses

mechanic figured it out, it was just one of my starter relays. i have to start my car with a hair clip until this 50 dollar fuse comes from japan.

Parts come from Tennesse, not japan.
