J30 wiper arms

I put on some new bosch blades on the J last night. After turning them on to test I noticed they still scraped. Upon closer inspection the plastic end of the arm is splitting. This is the only car I've seen with a plastic end like this. Can this plastic end be ordered seperate? There's a small screw on the back side that seems to indicate it can be removed.
