So, the 95+ J30 will bolt into the S13 with an ABS driveshaft and the S13 stock diff cover correct? If this is true, are the differentials themselves interchangable? Could I buy a J30 VLSD, then later on buy a KAAZ 2-way for a 240sx and swap it in? Thank everyone.

Yeah the 95+ J30 LSD has the same bolt pattern as the 240.I don't see any problem with the Kazz 2 way upgrade in the future, as long as u get one for ABS driveshaft if u have one.

thanks alot. i figure the VLSD is good enough to start out with and eventually i can get a 2 way. and I bought a driveshaft off ebay awhile back since i didn't get one with my shell, and it is an ABS driveshaft, but was listed as non abs but w/e lol. Thanks again.

You can't beat the prize and the reliability of a 1.5 from the J30s plus they are very responsive.. I have one on my s14 it works great, i think i am running motul gear lubricant on it..

Ohh and about the ABS driveshaft that's actually a good thing that it ended up being abs, cause now the LSD will fit nicely, ABS LSDS are a bit larger due the ABS hosing ..
