Is it the same bolt pattern/offset as the 240? Or will I have to roll around with two different sets of rims when I get it installed?

I searched for "J30 VLSD offset", but nothing came up.

Huh?

The 95 and up J30 LSDs bolt right up to the 240's axles, if that's what you mean. 94 and earlier require output flanges/J30 axles. But it has nothing to do with your lug pattern.

Lemme rephrease: Are '95-'96 240sx rims and '95-'96 J30 rims interchageable?

that wouldn't matter anyway (rim size), yes (if you have 5 lug) they would interchange. But that wouldn't matter anyhow as long as both sides are the same size.
