J30 transmission issue

Has some transmission problems going on I dont know what the fix is but the problem is the car wont shift into 2nd gear gets no gears after reachin 20 mph then you have to turn it off and on to get it to engage in gear. I have been told that it is the torque converter by one shop, another said its an electrical sensor. No one seems really certain about the issue.

Another note once the gears stop engaging it will just rev as if it were in neutral until the car is shut off and restarted. It doesn't respond to any gear changes other than park until it is restarted. I had engine completely rebuilt 3 months ago and it runs beautiful. total mileage on odometer is only 95,000 any help is most appreciated thank guyz.

Ran AT code check it comes back with revolutions sensor. Can this cause the car to completely lose gears? And now it makes a grinding noise but only in Park or Neutral.

Does anyone have pictures of where the Revolution Sensor is located? I have read post of some saying its at the top and some saying its on the tail shaft. Even a diagram would be helpful.
