J30 Timing Belt Replacement Procedure

Wow Thanks a lot . I'm gonna do that if not today, tomorrow. I just wish the pictures were still available. My water pump is licking so I got a new one from a dealer and I went with all the belts as well. I have just one concern of tightening the timing belt to much . And exactly how do you set the autotensioner at 4 mm. And do you turn the crank shaft clockwise 10 degree then back (counterclockwise) 120 degree and again 120 degree clockwise if I recollect it right to tension the timing belt ?

any way to get a set of the pictures i am about to replace my timing belt pulleys and water pump.
