does anyone know where i can get parts for my infiniti j30 suspension. at a reasonable price. i live next to the infiniti dealer but i just want to know if i can get some cheaper prices. also if my car vibrates when im at a complete stop, does that mean that i should clean or replace my fuel injectors. one more thing does anyone know someone in the southern california area that does good work on infiniti.

I'll not poke fun at you personally, but we have a little running gag with "Newbie" questions. Your "what does idle mean" is going into the hall of fame.

Idle could be described as your car's resting RPM. When you have the car in park and engine on at normal operating temperature, what is the indicated RPM?

i idle about 700, then my car vibrates and the rpm goes up to 1200. i was moving my tps around so i believe thats why its doing that. i might just have to go to the dealer and have them check my car on the computer.

Good question! I'd say start at http://www.howstuffworks.com - but the terms vary a good bit with models and even who's talking about them. For instance, the Plenum could also be called the "intake collector" or "intake manifold."

You aren't sure what Idle means and you were moving your TPS?????????????????????????????????????????????
