Hello i am new to this board. i was wondering if anyone knew any aftermarket strusts/shock absorbers for a 1995 j30t. also the A/c wont work because of a part called a fan speed resistor(according to our nissan dealer). other gremlins include the horn and alarm honking as soon as the battery is put on and the trunk not closing9i think that is due to a blown fuse). I would like some help in sourcing some front shock absorbers and a fan speed resistor. alos i would like to know if the eletrical gremlins is due to a blown fuse..thank for the help in advance

Regarding the fan, you might try searching this forum for the Darlington Resistor.

Trunk-wise, mine wouldn't stay closed after it was opened using either the driver's door mounted switch or the key fob button. A gear inside the opener would over-rotate, leaving things stuck in the OPEN position where things wouldn't latch. Pulling the small motor assembly out, opening it up and removing a few teeth from one of the gears fixed that.

Check some other threads about the suspension, there are some on going conversations about springs and coils. but there are no direct fit replacements for the j30.

it say maxima struts might be in back but theyre not 100% sure yet, but the front you can use lowering springs from a z31 300zx

The Darlington is usually behind the glove box in most vehicles. Is what controls the Blower motor.12V is full blast, and it steps the voltage down for lower speeds.

The J30 "t" shocks are slightly stiffer. If you don't want the handling you can substitute with normal J30 shocks.
