J30 sunroof/ cd player

The sunroof on my 1993 j30 is stuck openWhen the up button is pressed , you can hear the motor working but nothing moves. None of the other buttons even make noise when pressed.

If you can't find the fuse how do you know it's out?

And you will need to be more specific on your radio problem. (picture woudl help greatly)

cd player is fixed but i still don't know about the sunroof

Could be the switch gone bad. You might still have the original sunroof tool in your jack tool bag. You can manually close the sunroof with it.

thanks, the tool was in the bag and i closed it, and iv discovered that the open button also works, the only thing the car won't do is close it.

Sounds like that might fix it but it's SOLDER, not solider.

where and what is the solder joint?
