j30 subframe on a s14?

I have a frined that wants to do a 5lug conversion and put a j30 diff on his car. he has the whole rear end from the j30 will it bolt right up? i know that we would need to do the e-brake lines but other then that would it work?

from what i heard the mounting holes are about an inch off.
