I put s13 struts on the rear of my buddies J30
I had to cut one coil off the top of the stock s13 springs for the j30 tophat to fit.
It is a larger diameter than the s13 and the mounting points of the j30 top hat are wider. So the J30 tophats had to be used.
S13 stock struts and springs lowered the car in the rear 3 inches.
The car bulldogs now! Be are gonna install s14 front spindles and struts on the front next.

Not the suspension. The J30 suspension is actually much closer to the 240 with the mcphearson struts and the multlink in the rear..krin2000 wrote:i hear you on that!!!!!!

Really the J30 is like a 4 door Z32 N/A with a 240 suspension.
