If you're still using the Bose head unit the problem is probably the amps and not the speakers. Are they crackling, making noises like a siren, have low volume or going off after a few minutes? With a new head unit you'll need new speakers since the Bose speakers don't sound so good bypassing their amp and wired directly.smartbeatz wrote:Ok so my Bose speakers have just about had it. I had to adjust the fader all the way to the front because the back speakers are all but gone......
I may be interested in a set of them.goody90q45 wrote:

If you're interested in keeping the Bose system going I have used amps that will bring it back to life.

It really is a good deal ($35 on Craigslist, $30 on my NICO post) and these are the best of the amps. The marginal ones (41 of them) won't be sold. I put matching front and rears in my 90Q45 and the system now sounds great.yodawill2000 wrote:Saw your listing on Craigslist.Helluva deal guys !! Replace a bad amp or stock up on a spare or two !!
