j30 rear bar to s14 and 300tt to j30 so tt bar in s14?

i been looking to add a sway bar to my base model s14 i have stance coilovers gr+ and camber links..

i seen j30t sway bar being swap into s14 and also from my research also seen j30 people swap 300zxtt rear sway bar in to the j30.. can i use a tt rear bar in my s14??
if j30 fits in s14 and 300tt rear bar fits in j30 that means it can be use in s14?

any help clearing this out would help me pick one for my add on..

I would guess so, since those cars share similar subframes.
If you can. Measure the swaybar length and compare.
