J30 rear axle seal.

I have a 300zx LSD with J30 axles. When I was swapping cars I notices some grease coming down where the axle meets the differential. When I took the axle out the golden seal looking thing that is circled below was really loose and just comes out, its really loose. Can I get another seal for this? or am I looking at having to get another axle? Right now it just comes out and I can see down in side with the bearings and grease and etc.

I am doing a j30 swap and both of my seals came off as well they are leaking a ton of grease.....The axles also never fit correctly....can this be fixed?
