J30 Problem

okay i dont know what is going on the car stalled out last night on start up it was also like 20 something last night so i figured that had something to do with it no big deal but the real problem is that when i was leaving the parking lot the gauge cluster lights went out and now my head lights are on high beam all the time i can turn the head lights off but just nothing eles oh yea i check fuses all okay but i couldnt find one for gauges cluster or any thing like that
