J30 Patriots, Need help with Radio/CD Changer issue

J30 Patriots,

My Radio, ( 94 Infiniti BOSE CN541 / PP-2034I CN581 / PP-2090I) stopped working and purchased another one, however, from a 95 (CN513 / PP-2083ICN523 / PP-2124D CN533 / PP-2124I). I was told that if I were to use the 95 Radio, I would need a special harness adapter, Part number 24028-3B300.approx %18.00.

First Question: Is this correctSecond Question: I want to purchase a CD Changer that is compatible with the 95 Radio. I found a Clarion CD Changer on eBay, . Model # PN-2050U serial #0002916. Will this CD Changer work with this Radio.
