Or, if you dont wanna pay for a synthetic an excellent blend and great value is the Valvoline Durablend, especially good in 10w-40.

A VG30 engine (like in your j) located in FL should run very well on it in 10w-40 ( regardless what the dealer says)

How many miles and how clean is your engine?

If you engine is pretty clean use MOBIL1 0w-40 kinda hard to find but Autrozone has it usually. If you are unsure how clean your engine is internally, use ValvolineSynPower 5w-40,

If you cant find either one of these in your home town you can use any oil listed in the second link, (except I never recommend Syntec even tho it does meet the same tougher specs as the other oils listed, but Syntec doesnt do well in VQ series engines which are kissing cousins to your VG series engine and my VH's)

If you think your engine is dirty inside use Valvoline Durablend 10w-40 has great detergency. Also use this oil if you dont wanna pay for a full synthetic.

(full syns $4.5 to 5 per quart, blends $2-2.8 per quart)
