Try some Redline Sl1 (Clean clogged injectors)and maybe some Isoheet as well (Water in fuel)Sounds like sour fuel.

good i was hoping that, hehe but theres definately something wrong maybe its a coil pack are a injector ill unplug coils real quik and check not sure how to check injectors though? the car from1000 to 2200 rpm has like a stuttor are roughness that wasnt there before if your cruising in those rpms you can feel it and when you stop at red light it sometimes will shake the whole car its weird thats why i thought the obd would pick it up?? i dont now any ideas? Redline Sl1 has the solvents that BG44k used to have .Your injectors may be clogged.Comparing Techron or the likes is like comparing beer to whiskey. It made a BIG difference with my J on the first dose.I do a bottle once a month now.As well as isoheet.

Phew changing the injector total pain in A@@!I had to dremel away metal just like in the directions hehe and the old screws (like they wouldnt strip)of course they did i dont understand not being hex heads on the injector cover, so stupid to use phillips head, ended up chiseling old ones out and using new hex heads with same thread. but its done took a couple not so hard hours of work hehe But shes running strong again, its amazing what one cylinder feels like in HP loss hehe seems like more than 16% THanks Yoda for all your help man,its nice to have this place to get help from thanks to all at nico, hopefully wont need any more help i dont want to fix anything else on this car! hehe late joe

The 3 most labour intensive jobs in terms of time on the J are the sunroof, fuel injector replacement and timing belt.

Replacing the heater core takes longer than the 3 you mentioned.

Not to mention knock sensor replacement or valve cover gaskets.
