Well I've done an extensive nico search and its been inconclusive so I'll as

I have a 95 240sx with no lsd and I want to know if an lsd from a 95 and up J30 will bolt up with no problems

By that I mean that the axle bolts will line up and I won't have to replace the axles

you should be able to bolt rigth up with no problems, if it were a s13, then all you have to do it , change the back cover plate on the s13 diff, and swap it to the j30 diff, and it should bolt on , reason is , cuz the s13 were it bolts to the subframe, the s13 has 4 bolts on the plate, and the s14 has 2.

There might be a little change w/ the input from the drive shaft due to ABS differences, if there is any, because of the ABS sensor. Again this is only a problem if one car (yours or the donor) has ABS and not the other. Read that on another forum about LSD swaps and such... It's something you might wanna look into just in case.
