Anyone have one installed on there RB20? I droped mine it but the drive shaft was a tad bit harder to put back on.

its just a little longer due to the abs rotation sensor.

stock diff- 4.08

J30 diff- 3.916

Do you have one on your car? RB20? if so did you have a hard time with the drive shaft?

i have one on my car right now. i used the r32 xmember and the rb20 drive shaft... i still have lax when putting the drive shaft back on. i'm not sure about the stock s13 drive shaft though.

Ditto. Got one in my S14 with R32 x-member and S14 drive shaft. The J30 LSD is about 3/4" longer than the S14 open diff, but it fit like stock.

I did not notice any more difficulty installing the driveshaft with the J30, but obviously there must have been 3/4" less room. Turns out I had loads of play to work with. If you bolt up the rear end of the shaft before bolting up the collar at the middle u-joint, you should be able to see how much play you have, and it should be quite a bit.
