J30 LSD Question

I searched but could not find an answer for my question...A friend of mine has a 1994 Infinity J30 LSD with the axles... I would like to grab it from him but I'm unsure if I can use it. I have an 89 240sx... I just don't want to get something that I can't use. Someone shed some light?Thanx!!!

I saw that post when I searched but two things made me question it:It's a 95 LSDIt's a 95 240sxI heard that the <95 LSD's are different than the >95's...I'm sorry if I'm wasting time here, but I really did search!!! I swear it. I just want to be absolutely sure!!!Maybe I'm being too careful, I don't know.Thanks for the link though!

Take a look at the J30 diff and a Look at your diff. If it looks the same it will work. Check all the mounting holes and the look at the shafts coming out the diff. If not take the J30 shaft and check it for length with your shaft.

No she wasn't... Her parents planned the trip for themselves, actually... but since the US gov't deported her (one more bone for me to pick) her parents brought her along to cool her down... didn't really work. you're probably familiar with the lack of lawsuits in Japan... Japanese people don't really sue or think to sue... Well she wants to sue the piss out of the INS... whoops way off topic. LOL nah she wasn't there for Golden week.
