J30 keyless entry

I just bought a 1993 J30. When I unlock or lock the car with the keyless entry the horn doesn't sound and only one turn signal flashes. Both turn signals function normally and so do the hazard lights. Can anyone tell me how to make so the horn sounds when locked and unlocked? Also any ideas why only one signal flashes? Any help would be much appreciated.

Factory Keyfob doesn't honk.
Only aftermarket systems will.
