j30 hubs and fiberglassing questions

im putting all my parts on this weekend (wheels hubs brakes ect.) for my 5 lug wheels and i pulled j30 front hubs.

i dont know if its normal but if i shake it i can hear the bearing move around and see it as well. any ideas?

also im starting to strip the material off my door panels to lay fiberglass. i have a little expeience but any pointers from the pros?
