93 J30 has an issue with the Heater Blower Motor not coming on. If I smack the bottom of the glovebox hard enough, it will come on. Could it be something other than the fan? It will work at different speeds, so im sure the resister is not the issue. The local wrecking yard has 5 of these cars at various lots, just interested in seeing if anyone has any insight as to which part i should pull first.

I do not think it has a resistor just a relay It probably has bad bearings or partially seized and banging on it with the power on it starts to spin.
or there is a loose wire, The motor is easy to pull look at photos herepost5500199.html#p5500199

I figured it was the fan motor itself. I can hear the relay working, so I know its not that. Thanks for the response.

Anyone know an easy fix for the Bose Head unit not powering on? power to the unit is good at the harness, but the unit will not power on. Wont eject/take a cd/tape, ect. Illumination/dim still works however when the headlights are on. Read somewhere on google that an easy fix was to disconnect the battery and reconnect.
