J30 Head lights and Tail lights

Just bought my daughter a 1993 J30t with 46300 miles for $600. (Flooded New Orleans water 4" to 5" in floor just under seats) Replaced ECU passanger side floor board. Motor cranks and runs fine. The problem is with the head lights and Tail lights, Head lights stay on bright can not dim (all 4 lights on at same time). So I changed the head light relay, no change. No fuses blown all fuseable links ok. The car has brake lights and turn signals no running lights or dash lights.

Have you checked the stalk switch yet? There's a relay package that commonly fails on the J, but that may be what you already replaced. Check out http://www.fuzzycats.com

I want to thank everyone for there reply. I found the problem! It was a wire that had burned into just before it went in to the tail light relay. When i fix the wire it took care of the tail lights and the head lights thanks everyone.
