J30 Hard shifts and speaker question

About 50/50 precent of the time when it shifts from 1st to 2nd, its kinda hard. Any ideas or thoughts?

Also, my speaker question. I took my back one left one out cahse it didnt seem to be working and was goingto replace them both. but there was 4 wires insted of 2. So i was confused and tird to make it work but wiht no luck, now neather rear speaker works. I guess i have fried my amp, so can i get around that? And/or if i get a new one how do i need to hook up the speakers?

well from first to second mine does the same thing but only when the engine is cold...and your speaker question...i replaced my rear speakers also and what you have to do is connect the amp to the new speakers too..so cut the 2 wires off the old bose 6x9 and make sure you know which one is + and - then connect them to the new speakerdepending on the speaker you might have to relocate the amp

Its normal for the transmission to shift hard if the vehicle isn't properly warmed. In order to prevent hard shifts and any possible transmission damage always let the vehcile warm up before driving off. I personally wait till I see the temperature needle start moving.
