I found a J30 95 differential, but there isn't passenger side output shaft. My 240sx it's S14 with ABS, so I dont need the driveshaft.
Can I use my output shaft in the j30 differential??

As far as I know unless your s14 dif is a vlsd you have to use the j30 output shaft

Thats correct, open diff and vlsd output flanges (shafts) are different

If I remember right one of the stub axles in the diff on the VLSD is longer then the other, it has been awhile since I have messed with one.

That is correct you can run 2 short stub axles in a vlsd and it will still drive but it won't enguage the vlsd. You just need to figure out which side the longer stub axle enguages the vlsd.
