Define 'need' (= I assume that your asking for help means its not a direct bolt-in, so....
To swap the diffs, you'll probably need a plumb bob, angle finder, some scrap steel bars and plates, or prefab components for the swap, you'll need a new driveshaft end and U-joint from the vehicle you got the diff out of, and possibly a whole new driveshaft if the sizes are too different. You'll need some means of centering the rear axle in the fabbed housing, then you'll need the axles from that diff unless the splines and size match up with the old axles, if they don't you'll also probably need new bearings, rear spindles and a braking assembly unless you want to modify your existing stuff rather extensively, and on that note possibly new brake line ends or longer lines, and you may need to modify the spindle mounting flange on the strut to accept the new spindle if you need it, and depending on your preference, you may want to change the gears in the new rear end to match the old. I think that's about it. If any of that is done badly, you may crash and die, or have a never-ending annoying driveline vibration(s). That's only, what, about 30 hours of work for a team of trained professionals? (=
So again, define 'need', heh heh. If the bushings will make it fit, you'll save the above work, and you can probably find them at the Nissan dealer, probably off the same model vehicle that came with that diff originally.
