J30 Cruise Control Limit

Have other Infiniti owners noticed a limiter on thier cruise control speed? I have one on my 93 J30 - 92MPH. I'm surprised at this because many other cars I have owned do not have max limiters. You're probably wondering why I would need to set my cruise for above 92MPH. Well, I don't. Not usually, unless I'm in the Nevada desert. Just something interesting I noticed.

Hmmm..... Thats interesting.... There are posts here about people setting the Qs cruise at like 120.......

Many cars have their cruise control limited to ~90 mph.

My 1986 Nissan 300ZX Turbo had a cruise control upper limit at about 95mph, as I recall. My 1991 Q45 had it at about 120 or 125mph - I forget which. I have not yet found the limit on my M45!

My 93 Altima's cruise stops just over 90. I think I got it to go further though when I pressed the button to increase speed (accl) to about 95 or so. Did that on the Canada 401.
