J30 brakes on a maxima?

does anyone know if J30 or q45 brakes would work on a maxima? i have this setup on my 240 but i will be upgrading to z32 brakes and would like to use the j30 brakes on my maxi. i think that the brakes on a maxima arent very efficient because on the freeway in a sudden stop the damn car kept goin even though my foot was on the brake all the way lol and yes i have fluid calipres are not siezed leaking pads are 70-80% but back to my main question do they interchange? if no one knows i will do it tomorrow anyways and take pics and show everyone if they do/dont will/wont work.
