J30 brake problems

Ok so I have a 90 hatch with 95 ka and I did a front j30 caliper swap and j30 drilled and slotted rotors everything went smooth but my brake pedal goes down about half way before it stRts grabbing and it grabs pretty hard idk why the hell it's doin that and In The rain I reLly can't drive my car cos my wheels just lock up with a slight pressure on the pedal I've tried bleeding them butt o was wondering if anyone had any ideas!!??


Any suggestions will help

When your bleed the brakes make sure the bleeders are on the top (not backwards) and when bleeding, tap the caliper with a screw driver to get the air bubbles to rise to the top and come out. Other than that the only thing I can think of is the master cylinder is too small causing a soft pedal fealing. Maybe try a 300zx mc?
