J30 Blower Motor r/r

I have to replace or at least refurbish my 95 blower motor. No much in the FSM on the actual removal - has anyone done this? Any tricks, pictures?

its basically the same as the Q... remove the glovebox and its right there!

Nope, not the same, not close. The Q blower is directly accessible mounted vertically on the inner firewall. The J's motor is mounted horizontally in a plastic box assembly with air control doors attached. I am wondering if I have to take out the entire plastic box and related attachments to get to the motor. Any one done this?

Did you ever complete this blower motor job. I need to replace mine and don't know were to start.
