J30 Blower fan/Radio shutoff...

I'm in the preliminary stages of troubleshooting this issue..the blower fan goes off along with the radio... gauges work, A/C display works..car runs and drives fine.. Turning off the key and restarting fixes the issue. I have started to check the relays and fuses..my suspicion is something is shorting out behind the console.. Any ideas as to what to lookout for.. I'm currently reading the FSM for ideas as to why the blower fan could be linked to radio power..
