J30 Ball Joint

i can't seem to find a replacement ball joint for the front right!does the control arm have to be replaced?can someone help me out and tell me what i need to do to get a new ball joint?

i'm not sure exactly which one it is. but i think its on the end of # 22. Dan at everythinginfiniti told me that the whole lower control arm had to be changed.i heard the same thing from the nissan dealership here.

is this true?i'm just trying to get some input here.
