J30 Air Conditioning

I have a J30t, and this is the first real day since last summer that I have used the air conditioner. I gave it a few minutes, but all it blew out was hot air. I popped the hood, and the low pressure line was not even cold or moist even after 5 or so minutes of "AC" use. What could be wrong besides the refrigerant level??-Conpressor?-Condensor?????

p.s. I am going to go add refrigerant to the system to see if anything seems to help.

By the way: How much refrigerant does a J take??

According to the service manual...

Refrigerant Type: HFC-134a (R-134a) Refrigerant Capacity: 1.5 -1.7 lb Refrigerant Oil Type: Nissan A/C Oil Type R or Equivalent
