J30 Ac Belt replacement

How difficult is this job from the looks of things there is an outer BELT that needs to be removed before the NEW AC belt can be installed. HOW HARD IS this (I'm not a mechanic but i get around)

I cant tell the order in which you have to take them off, but it looks like you may have to take all 3 off in order to access the AC belt...

I replaced all my belt son my Q in about 2 hours
