J30 A/C Compressor Leaking from the side

Hey i hate to post a new topic on this cause i swear one time i saw something explaining what this Nut looking thing is but can't find it after searching a couple days on here and google and it's leaking my Freon out of the system. Anyways I made a Video to show in some detail what i'm talking about, It's the second item i point to located towards the top side of the compressor. At First i thought it was leaking from the inlet/outlet on top where the hoses connect but now i see it has to be coming out of this nut like thing on the side. If i recall it's some sort of pressure relief valve i think? But the system wasn't over charged and is now low again. Is there anyway to adjust it or block it ? Heres the video, sorry it was done on a camera phone so quality ain't to great :-( At 0:14 i point to the right object i'm talking about @ 0:10 i don't know what i pointed to either though lol.

I've seen AC seal kits which most autoparts stores carry. It may be a temporary solution?

Ya i was thnking about trying some of that leak seal stuff, I just got this compressor from the J/yard earlier this year for 15$ and it was doing great but now it's springing a leak on the side of it lol. Hoping someone can tell me more about that object i see in the video. :-\
