Has anyone had any luck replacing the A/C compressor with a Calsonic remanufactured one? or should it be replaced with an OEM one?

Also, I think the rear rotors are identical to another model but I can't remember which one...

Thanks..

Peter

luckily, i dont know anything about AC comp replacement (havent needed to)...sorry cant help there.

front rotors are identical to Q45, but i think there is a difference in the rear ones...at least older Qs...in any case, just do a dimension check from the manuals to make sure..or maybe someone else here remembers for sure.

J rear rotors are quite different from 90-96 Q rear rotors but J rear rotors are the same as the 97-01 Q rear rotors.

Calsonic remans [from Calsonic] are the factory remans, however Calsonic may produce a less quality reman for aftermarket mass retailers. Many companies do Calsonic remans for the discount auto stores .............remember dealer cost is sometimes half of dealer retail...........but on remanned parts the spread is narrower.
