j- spec transmission

alright i was wonderin when you get an engine and transmission from japan like an sr or rb would the gears be on opposite sides like 1st bein on the left on us cars and on the right side on j-spec cars. thanks for the help

They are the same shift patter as U.S. spec. transmissions

alright thanks man i appreciate it. yea i thought itd kinda weird to get one of those and have to strecth your arm out to get it into first all the time thatd be kinda awkward.
