J&S safegaurd

i'm just wondering if anyone has this system on their car, and how they like it. Also how does it compare to the E-manage and SAFC...pro and cons. any other input on what you think it good about the E-manage and SAFC would be great as well.

Im not entirely sure how the safegard works.

Dont know if this will help but I do know that the new S-AFC II has a knock sensor and an allarm to warn you about it when it detects it. Seems fairly sensitive too. Mine can hear engine noise like valves and timing chain when the engine is cold.
