ive searched, no clear answer

on an S13 with tein HAs: i would like to run same size wheel all the way around. i want as wide as i can go so im thinkin 17x8. i would also like to run a 245-45 if possible on all 4. is this a bad idea? what offset do 17x8s need front and rear? also, i will flare the front to get a good fit, i just dont want to flare the back because the size i want will work, right? please help.
