IVE got RUST AND NEED HELP ON GETTING IT OFF !!!!!!PLEASE HELP

if you mean exhaust headers and turbine side of the turbo then why worry? Those are cast iron parts and will rust on all engines. If you want it off then how about sanding it off, then using rust remover and then painting it with heat resistant paint? That could work... Works for the main pully also.

or you could just let your headers and turbo rust all the way through and upgrade

I'd do what spider slayer said. Save your money now and use it to upgrade them later.
